Dr. Michael Peterson is Professor in Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin where he serves as Residency Program Director and Director of Hospital Psychiatric Services. He is a dedicated educator, having mentored and taught in numerous clinical and didactic settings with medical students, residents, and fellows. He is a Distinguished Fellow of both the American Psychiatric Association and the Association for Academic Psychiatry and fellow of the Academy of Consultation Liaison Psychiatry. His clinical interests include consultation-liaison psychiatry, psychosis, sleep, and bioethics.
